Under what circumstances can I return an item?
You can return an item to Kamara's Enterprise under the following conditions:
- If the item was damaged during the delivery process.
- If clothing or accessories do not fit.
- If you change your mind about the item or wish to exchange it for something else.
How long do I have to return an item?
To be eligible for a return, it must meet our requirements and be within our 28-day return policy.
Who pays for the return postage costs?
Customers are liable to pay for their return items or they can return it into store for free.
How will I receive my refund?
Refund will be return to customers bank card that they used to purchase their items. Cash payment refund will be made in store once the item has been return within the 28 days and return policy requirements.
What condition must the items be in to be accepted for return?
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How do I start a return?
To start a return, you can contact us at contact. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
What if my item is damaged or I receive the wrong item?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Are there any items that can't be returned?
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like opened paint tubs, used brushes, used threads and used materials that are in original packaging. Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
